Job DetailsJob Location: Beach Plum Farm - West Cape May, NJ 08204Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00 HourlyPosition Overview: This position requires a neat appearance and high proficiency in customer service. We want to surprise and delight at every turn and that starts with our interaction with our guests. The market clerk will be on the front lines of customer service and you will be asked to work at a fast pace with a multi-tasking frame of mind.

These duties may be described as, but not limited to:

Clear tables
Run food orders
Maintain cleanliness of stand (trash disposal, floors, bathroom cleanliness)
Stock case goods, pantry goods, produce/herbs/flowers, and paper products
Stoke fires
Run Square Terminal and handle cash/credit transactions with speed and accuracy
Perform or assist store manager on any task assigned
Be able to talk with knowledge to our customers about our Farm and its products
Refill teas and learn how to prepare them

Requirements:

Applicant should be able to lift 50lbs and be able to stand for long periods of time, move at a fast pace and be able to bend, twist, and lift multiple times throughout the day.
The position also requires you to be outside during all weather conditions.
Neat appearance (hair back, no facial piercings, tattoos covered, appropriate clothing)
Punctual (if you’re not 10 minutes early, you are late)
Multitasking
