What You’ll Do:

Lead a team of production associates, providing guidance, coaching, and support
Conduct performance management and employee reviews
Monitor team performance and set goals to meet production targets
Oversee inventory, materials, and workflow to ensure efficiency
Collaborate with management to implement process improvements
Ensure adherence to quality and safety standards

What We’re Looking For:

Manufacturing experience with strong operational knowledge
Proven leadership experience, including performance management and employee coaching
Experience conducting performance reviews and managing team performance
Strong organizational skills and experience with inventory management
Ability to lead by example, communicate clearly, and motivate a team
