Position Summary
Oversee and track daily production status, follow up on DOE / VB / QB / Control Run boards, and work with cross-functional teams to push progress and results.
Key Responsabilities
Coordinates, organizes, and tracks DOE / VB / QB / Control Run boards in PD and/or FAE
Consistently provides status report back to MPM engineers
Monitors status of daily production and escalates issues, if any
Supports customer visits, handles incoming requests, prepares items required
Qualifications: RequiredQualifications
Education: High School diploma
Technical Skills:
Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
Knowledge of PCBA processes and SMT manufacturing preferred
Soft Skills:
Effective communication and leadership skills to drive quality initiatives
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Confident in handling escalations professionally
Comfortable in working with cross-functional teams
Proficient with dashboards, KPI tracking, and program metrics
