We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive sales growth and strengthen customer relationships throughout Virginia. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven sales professional who enjoys building partnerships, growing market share, and helping customers succeed.

What You'll Do

As a Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for growing sales and market share by supporting and expanding relationships within our dealer and distributor network. You will serve as a trusted business partner by providing product expertise, sales support, training, and strategic guidance to customers across your territory.

Key responsibilities include:

• Manage and grow relationships with existing dealer and distributor accounts

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory

• Conduct regular customer visits to strengthen partnerships and drive sales growth

• Train dealer sales associates and account personnel on product features, benefits, and selling strategies

• Provide product expertise and business guidance to dealers, builders, architects, and other channel partners

• Collaborate with customers to identify opportunities to increase sales and profitability

• Maintain awareness of market trends, competitive activity, and customer needs

• Provide feedback and recommendations to sales leadership regarding market opportunities

• Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally

• Maintain accurate product knowledge and communicate new product information to customers

• Support inventory management, stock integrity, and return negotiations as needed

What We're Looking For

• Proven success in territory sales, outside sales, account management, or business development

• Strong relationship-building and customer service skills

• Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively

• Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills

• Ability to influence decision-makers and deliver consultative sales solutions

• Experience training customers or conducting product presentations is preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered

• Experience within building materials, windows and doors, millwork, construction products, or related industries is a plus
