What you will do:

Oversee the Front Desk and Medical Secretary Team’s day-to-day functions at UCA’s clinic, assisting with those duties as necessary
Field questions from patients and route them to the appropriate person/department
Verify that Team properly completes registration, insurance verification, and check-in process, handling the most complex cases
Ensure Team balances batches, superbills, and deposits are accurate
Conduct new Team Member training
Act is liaison between clinical and clerical positions

What type of experience do you need?

At least three (3) years of healthcare clerical experience, preferably at a front desk or as a Medical Secretary
Prior supervisory experience or experience leading Teams to success
Must be knowledgeable in third party payor systems and practices

Qualifications:
