JOB SUMMARY
The Marketing & Communications FSTC Manager supports the development and execution of marketing and communications strategies for the FSTC program. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, data-driven storyteller who excels in content creation, digital marketing, workflow automation, and campaign coordination. The manager will help ensure consistent, compelling messaging across all digital platforms and support departmental efforts to reach and engage families, donors, and school partners throughout Florida. The Manager, Marketing & Communications for the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit Program is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing and communication strategies to promote the program. This role involves managing outreach campaigns, coordinating with stakeholders, creating promotional materials, and ensuring consistent messaging across all channels to increase awareness and participation in the Federal Scholarship Tax Credit Program.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Digital Marketing & HubSpot Administration
Content Creation
Social Media Management
Project Coordination the planning, execution, and financial oversight of enterprise-wide special projects, including business transformation, cost optimization, system integration, and operational improvement initiatives.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
REQUIRED:
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field.
Demonstrated success and a proven track record in professional/life experience in specific job functions, projects, or industries, and military service can substitute for the formal education requirements.
PREFERRED:
Proficiency in HubSpot, including workflows, email automation, list segmentation, analytics, and CRM functions.
3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or communications. (Education field preferred).or CPA strongly preferred

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership and present financial insights clearly.
