Manager, Client Services

The Manager, Client Services for Vi's Wellness vertical will be responsible for owning the day-to-day management of a portfolio of Vi’s enterprise client accounts through a performance-driven, detail-oriented lens. This role sits at the intersection of client service, omni-channel media execution, SaaS platform management, and audience targeting, ensuring that Vi’s audience generation and performance marketing solutions deliver measurable business impact.

You will serve as the day-to-day partner to client stakeholders, guiding them through digital media execution, performance optimization, and data-driven decision-making, and escalating complex or strategic issues to senior leadership as needed.

This role works closely with Vi’s Account Management, Client Performance, and Product teams to ensure technical execution aligns with commercial strategy and client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Own Day-to-Day Digital Marketing Execution

• Manage omni-channel digital media planning day-to-day, including audience targeting, channel mix, budget allocation, and performance tradeoffs
• Execute and optimize performance marketing strategies across paid social media, paid search, programmatic, and native advertising
• Serve as a knowledgeable resource on how data, targeting, and measurement drive scalable growth

Program Management & Customer Success

• Proactive Risk Mitigation: Monitor in-platform performance and strategy to identify issues before they become client-facing problems
• Issue Resolution: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for client issues, escalating complex or high-risk items to senior leadership
• Client Roadmap: Support execution of account roadmaps and ensure milestones are tracked and delivered

Data-Driven Storytelling & Visualization

• Use performance data and data visualization tools to build clear, compelling reports for client stakeholders
• Translate analytics into actionable insights that support client decision-making

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Account Management, Client Performance, Media, Analytics, and Product teams to align execution with client expectations
• Represent client needs internally while balancing operational realities and product direction

What We’re Looking For

Digital Marketing Experience

• 3-5 years of experience in digital media planning, performance marketing, client services, or audience generation
• Working knowledge of omnichannel strategy, attribution, measurement frameworks, and optimization

Analytical Fluency

• Ability to track and report on success metrics for each client account
• Comfort with data visualization and analytics tools
• Ability to interpret and communicate performance and audience data clearly

Industry Exposure (a Plus)

• Familiarity with Wellness and health verticals
• Ability to translate best practices into digestible guidance for clients

Client-Facing Skills

• Experience working directly with client stakeholders, building trust and credibility
• Strong written and verbal communication and relationship-management skills
