Manager, B2B Sales & Strategic Partnerships

ROLE SUMMARY:

Location: Remote, U.S. based (candidates must be authorized to work in the US and be willing to do so in order to be considered)

Contract: Permanent

Working hours: Full-time (Monday-Friday), with occasional travel within the US required

Salary: $130,000 total package (inclusive of bonus/commission)

US Performance Academy (USPA) is seeking an ambitious, commercially minded and proactive Manager, B2B Sales & Strategic Partnerships to drive the next phase of its global growth. The role will focus on building and scaling strategic partnerships that generate student enrolments beyond traditional direct-to-consumer channels, positioning USPA as the preferred provider of flexible U.S. online education worldwide.

The successful candidate will identify and develop new domestic and international business opportunities, forging partnerships with international schools, microschools, education consultants and other institutional organisations. Combining strategic sales, partnership management, market analysis, revenue operations, contracting and partner onboarding, they will play a key role in driving long-term enrolment growth and revenue.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Revenue Growth & Commercial Strategy:

• Develop and execute a global B2B growth strategy to increase enrolments and revenue.
• Identify target markets, partner profiles and opportunities for U.S. curriculum, AP, honours and elective offerings.
• Expand USPA’s reach beyond traditional sports markets into wider education sectors.
• Understand client needs and align solutions across USPA’s full product portfolio.

B2B Sales & Partnerships

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to contract, onboarding and growth.
• Build and manage a pipeline of schools, academies, consultants and institutional partners.
• Engage key decision-makers to develop strategic partnerships across global markets.
• Position USPA as a leading provider of flexible U.S. online education solutions.

Course Growth & Market Expansion

• Grow Individual Course offerings as a flexible solution for schools requiring additional curriculum support.
• Identify opportunities across AP, honours, electives, languages, credit recovery and specialist subjects.
• Monitor education trends, competitor activity and market demand to identify growth opportunities.

Revenue Operations

• Manage B2B CRM, pipeline reporting and commercial insights.
• Track performance metrics, forecasts and partnership opportunities.
• Support leadership with data-driven recommendations for scalable growth.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

•    A commercially minded business builder with a proven ability to identify opportunities, test new models, build strong relationships, and close deals, rather than a traditional partnerships manager.
•    Proven track record of building, managing, and scaling strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes. 
•    5+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, commercial growth, or revenue –generating roles. 
•    Strong ability to identify new market opportunities, build prospecting strategies, and convert relationships into long-term partnerships. 
•    Strong understanding of revenue growth, pricing, pipeline, sales tactics and conversion. 
•    Strong commercial negotiation and communicative skills, plus experience developing strategic partnerships 
•    Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution. 
•    Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
•    Experience selling academic products or curriculum solutions to schools is desirable.
