Privé Salon is growing—and we’re looking for our next leader.
We are currently hiring for both Manager and Assistant Manager roles, with flexibility for part-time or full-time, depending on experience, strengths, and alignment. Our goal is to bring in the right people first—and then place them in the right role.

What You’ll Do
Depending on experience and role placement, responsibilities may include:
Guest Experience
- Ensure every guest has a seamless experience from check-in to checkout
- Handle guest concerns with confidence and professionalism
- Support and elevate front desk operations
Team Leadership
- Lead by example and help set the tone for culture, energy, and standards
- Communicate expectations clearly and consistently
- Support coaching, accountability, and team development
Operations & Organization
- Help manage daily salon flow, scheduling, and team support
- Maintain a clean, organized, and elevated salon environment
- Support systems, processes, and behind-the-scenes operations
Business Performance
- Support retail recommendations and guest education
- Help drive key metrics like prebooking, retention, and overall guest satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for improvement and take action
Compensation & Growth
- Assistant Manager: starting at $20/hour
- Manager: starting at $25/hour
Final role placement and compensation will be based on experience, leadership ability, and overall fit.
