QualificationsQualifications are as follows:

Minimum of 3 years high volume restaurant/bar management
Experience with craft cocktails, draught beer and wine and show track record of developing high quality bartenders is preferred
Personal philosophy that guests and employees come first
Exceptional team building skills
Track record of growing restaurant and bar sales by employee engagement,
guest satisfaction and creative ideas
Must have the drive and desire to be the best!
Must be unflappable! Thrive in high volume situations and communicate well with FOH and BOH staff
Respectful of the kitchen, the food, the guests and co workers
History of success in meeting or exceeding budget requirements and managing staffing, inventory, production and execution of very high standards
