We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who can lead from the floor, support the kitchen, develop the team, and help keep the entire restaurant running strong from open to close.

Job Responsibilities 

Help lead the day-to-day operations of both front and back of house with a focus on safety, training, guest experience, sales, and profitability  

Partner with the management team to execute action plans and keep every shift running at a high level  

Support hourly staffing, scheduling, performance management, and team development across the restaurant  

Coach and motivate team members to deliver strong hospitality, food quality, and consistent execution  

Help maintain smooth communication and teamwork between the dining room, bar, and kitchen  

Create a culture that is solution-driven, collaborative, and rooted in Carolina Hospitality  

Communicate clearly with the Home Office, leadership team, restaurant staff, and guests  

Help maintain strong standards for food safety, cleanliness, service, and overall restaurant readiness  

Support cost of sales and controllable expenses through strong shift leadership and operational discipline  

Lead with an ownership mindset and help drive results through accountability, consistency, and teamwork
