Job Details: Job Location: 126 - Brokaw Mini Storage - San Jose, CA, Salary Range: $21.00 - $24.00Hourly, Maintenance/Janitorial - Hiring immediately.

Location: San Jose, CA

This position may include other locations in the same general area.

Resume must show Maintenance/Janitorial experience to be considered.

We are a storage facility company looking for a maintenance professional with hands on experience performing a variety of plumbing and general building repairs. We are also looking for someone who demonstrates the ability to prioritize and plan various projects, as well as maintains a high level of productivity without direct supervision.

The right candidate must also have the following basic skills: some computer literacy, good customer service skills, can professionally resolve customer issues, and have the ability to walk the large facility throughout the day.

Qualifications: Job Requirements:

Basic janitorial and maintenance duties, including basic building repair, Mopping, sweeping, and cleaning
Basic computer skills
Ability to travel
California Driver License with clean driving record
Ability to work weekend hours as required
