Reports to: Maintenance Manager
Job Summary: Entry-level Maintenance Worker
Essential Functions:
- Perform daily rounds ensuring all critical equipment is operational.
- Perform outdoor rounds, maintaining a clean property.
- Performs daily pool maintenance and chemical level checks.
- Complete assigned maintenance requests for guest rooms and back of house daily.
- Adept with the use of common hand tools.
- Knowledge of basic electrical and plumbing systems.
- Assist in painting/touch ups.
- Assist in the LH preventative maintenance program – batteries, belts, filters.
- Schedule availability a must, either 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm shifts.
- Weekend and holiday availability required.
- Must have exceptional customer service skills.
- Assist in event function set ups and break downs.
- Report any maintenance problems observed to the Maintenance Manager to have assigned.
- Be able to lift 30 pounds comfortably.
- Performs any additional tasks that may be requested by the Maintenance Manager and/or LH Senior Management.
