What You’ll Do

• Handle Maintenance Requests - Complete routine repairs and respond to maintenance needs throughout the community.

• Use Your Technical Skills - Assist with plumbing, electrical, HVAC, boilers, and other building systems.

• Prepare Resident Apartments - Make sure rooms are clean, safe, and ready for new residents.

• Promote Safety - Support inspections, follow building codes, and maintain safety standards.

• Work with Contractors - Coordinate with outside vendors and assist with larger repairs when needed.

• Support the Community - Provide a friendly, helpful presence and assist residents and team members as needed.

• Take Pride in the Details - Help maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Bring

• Maintenance Experience - Previous experience with repairs, plumbing, electrical, HVAC, or a related field preferred.

• Problem-Solving Skills - The ability to troubleshoot issues and find practical solutions.

• Hands-On Approach - A willingness to take initiative and manage a variety of projects.

• People Skills - A friendly, respectful attitude when working with residents, families, and team members.

• Flexibility - Availability to work three days per week with varying days and hours.
