We’re looking for a reliable and skilled General Maintenance Technician to join our team! You’ll be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repair tasks across a variety of systems and structures to help keep our facility running smoothly. If you’re a hands-on problem-solver with a strong work ethic and a knack for fixing things, we want to hear from you.

Pay Rate Range: $25.50 - $27.50/hour (based on experience)
Schedule: 6:00am-3:00pm EST
*Required to travel as needed to our Sinking Springs, PA facility for maintenance as needed.
Essential Functions and Basic Job Duties:
- PIT mechanic for Carlisle and Sinking Spring facilities (including forklift, manlift, dock plates and dock door repairs)
- HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry maintenance and general building maintenance
- Perform physical PIT equipment inspections daily
- Make repairs in the facility to include painting, drywall, basic plumbing, racking, etc.
- Seasonal groundskeeping duties such as mowing grass, weed eating, general landscaping, snow removal, etc.
- Use of company truck to travel between facilities
- All other duties as assigned

Qualifications:
- Education: High School Graduate or equivalent preferred
- Certification: Requires a valid PA driver's license
- Training: Minimum one month on the job training required
- Experience: Previous warehouse maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred
Job Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
- Ability to give special attention to detail
- Must have ability to recognize letters and numbers
- Must have strong verbal communication skills
- Must be able to lift 75 pounds
