MetroPlains Management, LLC is hiring a dependable Property Maintenance Technician to help keep our residential communities safe, clean, and well maintained. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on repair work, variety in their day, and being part of a team that supports residents and communities.

What You’ll Do:

Complete maintenance service requests and general property repairs.
Troubleshoot and repair items related to plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, painting, flooring, and building upkeep.
Help maintain clean, safe, and attractive buildings and grounds.
Support repair, construction, and improvement projects as needed.
Participate in rotating on-call evenings and weekends.

What We’re Looking For:

Previous maintenance, repair, construction, or related hands-on experience.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and follow procedures.
Good communication skills and a respectful, service-focused approach.
Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current vehicle insurance.
Ability to provide and use personal hand tools.
Ability to lift 20 to 50 pounds regularly and occasionally lift up to 100 pounds.

Preferred, But Not Required:

High school diploma or equivalent.
One to two years of related maintenance experience or training.
HVAC, EPA Universal, boiler, or pool maintenance experience/certifications.
