Position Overview: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented 1099 Contract Employee to assist with general lawn care and in-home maintenance for our West Virginia locations. This role involves working approximately 10-15 hours a week. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter who can manage time effectively and deliver quality results consistently.

Responsibilities:

General Lawn Care: Maintain approximately 16 acres of land, including mowing, weed eating, and landscaping.
In-Home Maintenance: Perform basic maintenance tasks within the home as needed.
Schedule Management: Maintain a consistent schedule and communicate effectively with the property owner.
Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all equipment and tools are used safely and maintained properly.

Qualifications: Qualifications:

Must be at least21 years old.
Must be able to pass drug test and background checks.
Proven experience in lawn care and landscaping.
Basic knowledge of in-home maintenance.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality work.
Reliable transportation to the job site.
Ability to lift and carry equipment and materials as needed.
