Maintenance Tech

- CPO certified
- Ability to lift or move up to 50 pounds, operate maintenance equipment, and basic tools
- Basic trade knowledge i.e., Plumbing, Electrical, HVAC, carpentry
- Ability to work with little to no supervision, and meet deadlines as required
- availability to work nights and /or weekends
