What You’ll Do

Perform day-to-day maintenance and repairs across our community, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliances 
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and equipment 
Complete preventive maintenance to keep systems running efficiently and avoid downtime 
Respond to work orders promptly and ensure tasks are completed with quality and care 
Support campus operations by maintaining lighting, equipment, and general facility upkeep 
Partner with fellow technicians and departments to complete projects and keep everything running smoothly 
Interact with residents and team members in a friendly, respectful, and helpful way

Must Have Skills

Strong hands-on experience with general maintenance (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and appliance repair) 
Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve mechanical and electrical systems 
Organized and able to manage multiple work orders efficiently 
Team-oriented with a positive, flexible attitude 
High school diploma or GED and relevant maintenance experience/training

Nice to Have Skills

Experience with A/C, heating, and refrigeration systems (5+ years preferred)
Technical or trade school training
Experience in a senior living, hospitality, or residential setting

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary: $XX,000 – $XX,000 (based on experience and skills)
