What You’ll Do

• Maintain electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Test and maintain emergency power systems.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Respond to facility and safety needs promptly.

Qualifications

• Trade school or equivalent experience preferred.
• Training in electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, boiler maintenance, fire alarms, sprinkler systems, telecommunication systems, and various other hospital equipment preferred. 
• Valid state driver’s license required. 
• Experience in commercial or hospital maintenance preferred.
