Maintenance & Event Ambassador - Weekends

Description

 The position will be responsible for the following:

• Performing parking lot maintenance and inspections.
• Cleaning the parking lot 
• Conducting parking enforcement.
• Assisting customers with the Scan-to-Pay platform and any questions they may have.
• Driving the company truck between locations, so applicants must have a clean MVR/driving record.
• Any other duties aligned with the business needs and structure.

This Position is a weekend only with possible additional hours available if needed. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Previous maintenance, janitorial, facilities, parking, or event experience is a plus.

Ability to work flexible schedules, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable transportation and dependable attendance required.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.

Ability to frequently bend, stoop, push, pull, and lift up to 25 pounds independently.

Ability to work outdoors and in varying weather conditions.

Ability to safely navigate parking garages, stairwells, and parking facilities.
