Job Details: Job Location: Corporate - Bronx, NY, Salary Range: $19.00 - $19.00Hourly, Position Summary

The Warehouse Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This role supports daily facility operations by ensuring the interior and exterior of the warehouse are well-maintained, free of debris, and compliant with safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks.

Pay $19/hr.

7:00 am-3:30 pm Day shift

Key Responsibilities

Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse interior and exterior.
Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitary at all times.
Clean and maintain common areas, break rooms, and employee spaces.
Sweep, mop, and perform routine maintenance on warehouse floors.
Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas and dispose of them properly.
Collect and remove plastic wrap, packaging materials, and other debris from warehouse operations.
Perform minor paint and floor touch-up repairs as needed.
Organize level boxes, pallets, and storage areas to maintain a neat appearance and safe working environment.
Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or facility concerns.
Follow all company safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplace for employees and visitors.

Qualifications: Qualifications

Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and perform physical labor for extended periods.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic.
Previous warehouse, janitorial, maintenance, or facility cleaning experience preferred but not required.

Physical Requirements

Frequently lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 100 pounds.
Ability to work indoors in cold environment.
Ability to safely use cleaning equipment and maintenance tools.

Work Environment

This position operates in a warehouse setting and requires routine cleaning, maintenance, and housekeeping duties to ensure a clean, organized, and safe facility for all employees and visitors.
