What Drives Success

The Machine Operators primary function is to ensure the setup, operation, troubleshooting and maintenance of machinery.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to read/write in English.
• Must be flexible – OT and weekends are required as needed.
• Must be able to work a 10 hour/day schedule.
• Work independently and as part of a team.
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to assist in other areas/departments when there is downtime.

Education 

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience 

• A minimum of 1 year manufacturing experience 

Physical Requirements – Essential

• Must be in good physical condition.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must have good hand/eye coordination.
• Must be able to sit, stand, walk and/or bend for long periods of time (Varied based on daily tasks)

Compensation: This is an hourly non-exempt role. The starting pay range for this role and market is between $17.00-$21.00/hour. Factors that may affect starting pay include geography/market, and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible to earn overtime when they work more than 40 hours in a week (or as otherwise required by state law).
