Job Details: Job Location: THE LUTHERAN VILLAGE AT MILLERS GRANT INC - ELLICOTT CITY, MD, Salary Range: $19.50 - $19.50Hourly, We currently have an exciting opportunity for CNA I's (formally known as Geriatric Nursing Assistant) to work PRN (As Needed) at Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant!

What You’ll Do as a CNA I at Lutheran Village at Miller's Grant:

Assist nursing staff with completion of older adult resident activities of daily living, bathing, dressing, oral care.
Perform vital signs on older adult residents at beginning of each shift and as directed.
Complete required documentation in a timely manner.
Ensure the safety of our senior residents.
Assist with motivating senior residents to help keep them active and engaged.

Qualifications: Why We Want You On Our Team – You’ll Bring:

Must hold a current certification and CNA I license
Must possess a positive and professional attitude
Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
Previous experience working in a CCRC environment is a plus
Ability to remain calm and patient when dealing with older adult residents
Ability to listen attentively is essential
A willingness to navigate changes in assignments
Previous experience developing relationships and interacting with older adult residents to increase their comfort level
Prior knowledge organizing social activities for older adult residents is a plus
Current CPR Certification
