About the Role:Midas - Lake Jackson is looking for a motivated and reliable Lube Technician to join our growing team in Lake Jackson, TX! Responsibilities:

• Perform oil and filter changes on a variety of vehicle makes and models
• Conduct multi-point vehicle inspections and communicate findings to service advisors
• Check and top off fluids including coolant, brake fluid, power steering, and windshield washer fluid
• Rotate tires and check tire pressure per manufacturer specifications
• Replace air filters, cabin filters, and wiper blades as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in the shop
• Assist senior technicians with basic automotive repairs and maintenance tasks

Requirements:

• Prior experience as a lube technician or in an automotive service role preferred
• Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and preventative care
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume shop environment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift
