LPN/RN ***Part-Time or Full-Time***

We are looking to add to our team and have a Part-Time opening for a LPN/RN for Harold and Louise Healthcare Center. The LPN/RN will work to provide quality resident care by assuring residents’ safety, physical, emotional, spiritual, and medical needs are met using excellent leadership and customer service skills. Job Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care within the LPN/RN scope of practice, under appropriate direction and in accordance with resident care plans and provider orders.
• Administers of injections/medications and treatments as ordered and monitor for side effects or changes in condition.
• Coordinate medication orders, refills, and follow-up with pharmacies and healthcare providers.
• Observe and document residents’ health concerns and promptly report changes to the appropriate healthcare professional.
• Maintain accurate nursing documentation, medication records, and treatment records.
• Assist with appointments, laboratory orders, and follow-up care.
• Work with administrators and direct care staff to support consistent, person-centered care.
• Follow infection prevention procedures and respond appropriately to medical emergencies.
• Protect resident rights, privacy, and confidentiality.
• Follow facility policies and applicable Missouri DHSS and DMH requirements.

Qualifications

• Current, valid authorization to practice as an LPN/RN in Missouri.
• Current CPR certification or ability to obtain before starting resident care.
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work respectfully with residents who have mental health conditions and varying support needs.
• Dependability, sound judgment, and a team-oriented approach.
• Residential care, long-term care, or behavioral health experience preferred.
• Ability to meet applicable background screening and employment requirements.
