River Oaks of Minnesota is seeking a full-time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Manager to oversee the daily operations of the nursing department and ensure the highest quality of care for our residents.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF AN LPN MANAGER

As an LPN Nurse Manager, you will play a crucial role in leading our care team and ensuring exceptional care for our residents. Your daily responsibilities will include:

Supervising care staff to ensure the timely and proper completion of duties.
Administering medications and medical treatments under physician orders.
Assessing residents' conditions and documenting changes, interventions, and outcomes.
Coordinating and overseeing activities of daily living while addressing family/social concerns.
Advocating for superior resident care and promoting service excellence.

Qualifications: QUALIFICATIONS FOR AN LPN MANAGER

Current Minnesota Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
Basic Life Certification
Team-oriented work ethic
Previous supervisory experience preferred, especially in mental health or long-term care environments.
