We are looking for a compassionate, dependable, and hospitality-minded Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our nursing team at The Springs at Monarch Landing, our skilled nursing community.

What You’ll Do

As an LPN, you will work as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide high-quality clinical care and an exceptional experience for our residents.

You will:

• Provide nursing care and monitor residents’ health and well-being
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and the healthcare team
• Follow established health, safety, and clinical guidelines
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Respond to residents’ needs with compassion, professionalism, and respect

We are currently hiring for:

• Full-time 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Part-time 3rd Shift: 10:30 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.
• Part-time 2nd Shift: 2:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m.

LPNs are required to work every other weekend.
