Schedule: 

Skilled Nursing 

• Part-Time |1st Shift (6:00 AM - 2:30 PM) |
• Part-Time |2nd Shift (2:00 PM -10:30 PM) | Every Thursday

Assisted Living 

• Part-Time | 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) | Every Friday Only
• Part-Time | 2nd Shift (2:00 PM - 10:30 PM) | Monday, Friday and every other weekend 

Starting wage: $30hr+ based on experience

Requirements

• Valid state license
•  Compassionately motivated about serving and celebrating seniors 
•  Act with integrity by providing specialized care to residents with Alzheimer’s & Dementia 
•  Contribute to an inclusive culture thriving on teamwork and positive attitudes
•  Promote innovation including operating an electronic medical record system
