LPN position details:
We are currently hiring for a Full Time Day LPN (7am - 3pm), a Part Time Day LPN (7am - 3pm), a Part Time Evening LPN (3pm - 11pm), and a Full Time Overnight LPN (11pm - 7am).
Canterbury Woods is looking for experienced and motivated Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our clinical team in Williamsville, NY. We have one goal and commitment: Provide older adults with the best possible living experience!

LPNs with Canterbury Woods contribute to our mission through:
Resident Care & Planning: Review resident needs and physician orders, contribute to care plan development and quarterly reviews, and promptly address resident concerns.
Medication & Treatment Management: Prepare, administer, and document medications accurately while maintaining the medication and treatment book.
Documentation & Unit Oversight: Conduct regular unit rounds, ensure detailed care notes, and verify the accuracy and completeness of CNA documentation.

QualificationsLPN qualifications:
Must have credentials as an LPN with a current New York State license.
Must be CPR and first aid certified.
Must have verbal and written English skills.
