Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Heather Heights, located in Pittsford, NY
Full-Time & Part-Time | Evening (3p-11p), Overnight (11p-7a), and Weekends
The LPN will provide quality resident care, administer medications, monitor health needs, and work closely with residents, families, and the care team.
Qualifications:
- Current LPN license
- Previous senior living, assisted living, or long-term care experience preferred
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Compassionate, reliable, and resident-focused
