Responsibilities/Accountabilities

We have an amazing opportunity for LPNs that can: 

• Orders and
  dispenses medications according to physician’s orders
• Carries out
  admissions and readmissions
• Document
  activities through Point Click Care (PCC), ADL Flow sheet, Restorative Sheets,
  various treatment sheets, charge sheets, etc. as established by the facility
• Directs and
  supervises the care given by a CNA/Med Aides
• Must be able to
  lift without restrictions
• Will also perform
  other duties as assigned

Experience/Skills/Education

Required: 

• High school
  diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Current license to
  work as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)  
• CPR certification
• Able to work weekends

Preferred: 

• One
  year experience
• Exposure
  to the senior population
• Familiarity
  with Point Click Care (PCC)
• Desire
  to serve and care for the senior population
