What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with TK Health Clinics, you'll provide essential nursing care to patients within the Canadian County Jail.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing direct nursing care based on individual patient needs
Administering medications and treatments as ordered
Assessing and monitoring patient conditions
Responding to acute healthcare needs
Assisting with ongoing management of chronic conditions
Documenting patient care accurately and timely
Communicating changes in patient condition to the appropriate provider
Collaborating with RNs, providers, and other members of the healthcare team
Following established nursing standards, policies, and procedures

You'll work within the scope of practical nursing under the direction and delegation of a Registered Nurse.

What We're Looking For

Valid, unrestricted LPN license
Current CPR certification
Ability to successfully complete a thorough background investigation
Dependable and comfortable working as part of a healthcare team
Strong communication and patient-care skills
