Summary
The bartender is responsible for setting up and stocking the bar, as well as performing all closing duties including cleaning the lounge area. They must also greet guests and serve alcoholic beverages in compliance with all state and federal regulations.

Job Description:
-Set up bar, requisition and stock all beer, wine, spirits and paper products
-Perform all closing duties including cleaning the bar and lounge area
-Greet and engage with guests at the bar and lounge area in a courteous and friendly manner
-Abide by all state, federal and hotel requirements pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages and practice prudent portion control
Required Skills & Abilities:
-At least one (1) year of bartending experience required
-Flexible availability to work any shift, including holidays and weekends
-Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written
-Comfortable in working with computers for cashiering duties
-Must be able to stand/walk for at least eight (8) hours
-Able to lift/carry at least 30 pounds
-TABC and Food Handler certification required
