Jeff Wyler Acura of Fairfield is looking for a dependable, motivated Lot Technician to join our team. The Lot Technician is responsible for maintaining an organized, clean, and professional vehicle lot while assisting with vehicle movement, deliveries, and overall dealership operations.

Responsibilities

Move and park vehicles throughout the dealership lot safely and efficiently.

Maintain an organized vehicle inventory and ensure vehicles are parked in designated areas.

Prepare new and pre-owned vehicles for display, delivery, and customer test drives.

Wash, clean, fuel, and perform basic lot-ready preparation of vehicles as needed.

Assist with vehicle deliveries and transfers between dealership locations.

Retrieve customer vehicles and position them for service appointments or pickup.

Keep the dealership lot, drive lanes, and surrounding areas clean and presentable.

Assist sales and service departments with vehicle movement and other daily operational needs.

Inspect vehicles for obvious damage or cleanliness issues and report concerns to management.

Follow all dealership safety procedures and operate vehicles responsibly.

Provide courteous and professional service to customers and dealership staff.

Perform other duties as assigned by dealership management.

QualificationsQualifications

Valid driver's license with a clean, responsible driving record.

Ability to safely operate both automatic and manual-transmission vehicles is a plus.

Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Good communication and organizational skills.

Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.

Previous dealership, automotive, detailing, or lot-attendant experience is preferred but not required.
