Lot Security Job Responsibilities

Monitor dealership lot and property to ensure safety and security
Conduct regular patrols of vehicle inventory and facility areas
Observe and report any suspicious activity or security concerns
Ensure all vehicles are properly secured
Assist with lot organization and vehicle positioning as needed
Maintain accurate logs of incidents and daily activity
Communicate with management regarding any issues or concerns
Support dealership operations with general lot assistance when needed

Qualifications: Lot Security Qualifications

Previous security, lot attendant, or related experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and awareness of surroundings
Ability to work independently and follow procedures
Dependable with strong attendance and work ethic
Excellent communication skills

Corporate requirements: Must be 18 years or older with a valid driver's license and clean driving record, able to pass a criminal background check and pre‑employment drug screen.
