Job Details: Level: Entry, Job Location: Del Amo Motorsports of Orange County - SANTA ANA, CA, Salary Range: $17.00 - $19.00Hourly, Del Amo Motorsports is a leading Powersports dealership group in Southern California with 8 locations across Orange County, Los Angeles, Long Beach, Redondo Beach, and San Diego. We are looking for a Porter / Detailer who takes pride in keeping our dealership, service department, and powersports units clean, organized, and ready for customers.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Assist Service Advisors and other service personnel with receiving and moving customer units.
Pick up and deliver customer units as required.
Assist Technicians and the Shop Foreman with the movement, staging, and organization of all units.
Pre-stage the next unit for Technicians to help keep the service department running efficiently.
Clean and detail completed customer units before they are returned.
Clean and prepare new and used powersports units for customer delivery.
Pressure wash motorcycles, ATVs, UTVs, and other powersports units as needed.
Ensure units are clean, presentable, and delivery-ready.
Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure units are positioned for easy access.
Keep the service department, shop, wash area, and surrounding work areas clean and organized.
Assist with general dealership and service department housekeeping.
Safely move and position powersports units throughout the dealership and service areas.
Assist other departments with unit movement, cleaning, and general porter duties as needed.
Maintain a positive and professional working relationship with managers, employees, and other departments.
Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the department and dealership.

NON-ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

Abide by all dealership policies pertaining to the department including general housekeeping.
Follow company dress codes and be well groomed at all times.
Prefer some computer literacy.
Prefer interest or experience in Motorsports industry.

Qualifications:  

QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or equivalent
Clean driving record with current drivers license.
Require strong, excellent verbal & solid communication skills.
Ability to work well under pressure in fast-paced environment with multiple strict deadlines.
