Los Angeles Remote Sales Growth Advisor

Scale Sales Teams is seeking a full-time sales professional to join its Los Angeles, CA city team in a fully remote capacity. This position is designed for someone who can lead thoughtful business conversations, uncover what a prospective client actually needs, assess fit, and move qualified opportunities through an established sales process.

What You Will Be Doing

Your primary focus will be on sales execution rather than constructing a prospecting system from the ground up. Scale Sales Teams already has client-acquisition infrastructure, sales frameworks, appointment systems, and AI-assisted prospecting methods in place.

You will spend much of your time speaking with prospective clients, learning about their goals and current challenges, evaluating whether an available solution makes sense, answering questions, following up on active opportunities, and maintaining an organized pipeline.

Some prospects may have already expressed interest and scheduled a conversation. Your role is to make those conversations useful and productive by listening carefully, asking strong questions, identifying relevant business problems, and helping appropriate prospects understand their options.

Your Responsibilities

Responsibilities may include:

Conducting professional sales conversations through Zoom and phone

Understanding a prospect's business, objectives, current circumstances, and challenges

Qualifying opportunities based on fit and need

Presenting relevant solutions clearly to qualified prospects

Addressing questions, concerns, and objections professionally

Following up with active prospects when appropriate

Maintaining accurate CRM records, notes, and pipeline information

Following established sales frameworks and processes

Managing communication and follow-up consistently throughout the sales cycle

Working toward individual and team performance objectives

This is an established sales environment. Defined sales processes, lead-generation infrastructure, sales frameworks, AI-assisted marketing and prospecting systems, ongoing support, and access to pre-scheduled qualified appointments are already part of the operation.

Because much of that infrastructure already exists, the salesperson can concentrate heavily on the human side of selling: listening closely, diagnosing problems, building trust, asking useful questions, explaining solutions, navigating concerns, and helping qualified prospects evaluate whether moving forward makes sense.

What We Look For

Relevant backgrounds can include sales, closing, appointment setting, or business development. Candidates should be comfortable communicating remotely by Zoom and phone and capable of working within a defined sales process while still sounding natural and conversational.

Strong communication, accountability, coachability, competitiveness, work ethic, and a performance-focused mindset are important. You should also be able to remain productive in a remote environment, take ownership of follow-up and pipeline activity, and improve your execution through feedback and repetition.

Previous remote sales experience can be helpful, but it is not the only factor considered.
