Summary
The Logistics Team Member is responsible for maintaining an organized warehouse, packing and unpacking orders, and preparing accurate shipping documentation. They work collaboratively with the shipping team to ensure all orders are processed efficiently and meet customer satisfaction standards.

Job Details: Job Location: Body & Home Manufacturing site - Nashville, TN, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Job Summary:
Works effectively and efficiently in a busy department environment, including developing a working knowledge of warehouse organization and creating proper and detailed shipping documentation. Works with the shipping and warehouse team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties/Responsibilities:
Efficiently works within a busy department
Maintains an organized and clean working area
Packs and unpacks orders while maintaining department schedule
Effectively uses organization systems and warehouse technology to locate and gather stock
Creates shipping labels and handles shipping information
Reports shipping issues to Team Leader
Works well with shipping team to complete orders on time
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Required Skills/Qualifications:
Written and verbal communication abilities
Physical Requirements:
Be able to bend, stand, pick up and reach arms above head
Be able to stand for at least 3 hours at a time
Be able to work 8 hours in a shift
Be able to lift 15 lbs. regularly
Be able to lift 40 lbs. occasionally
