Logistics Lead

Job Details: Job Location: 14271 NW SCIENCE PARK DR - PORTLAND, OR, Salary Range: Undisclosed, Cornel's Plumbing, Heating & Air is looking for a motivated, organized leader to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse and material logistics for Plumbing and HVAC.

The Logistics Lead serves as the primary point of contact for Warehouse Laborers while managing warehouse operations, purchasing support, ASAP coordination, receiving, inventory, fleet logistics, and job costing. This position works closely with the Operations Support Manager to improve warehouse processes and ensure our field teams have the materials and support they need to succeed.

Full time, 100% onsite

Pay Range: $65,000-75,000 annually

Reports To: Operations Support Manager

Primary Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse operations and warehouse laborers.
Assign and prioritize daily warehouse work.
Coordinate and manage ASAP requests.
Enter Purchase Orders and assist with material ordering.
Oversee receiving, inventory, and warehouse organization.
Coordinate vehicle build-outs, rebuilds, and refreshes.
Complete Plumbing and HVAC job costing.
Identify and implement process improvements.
