Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Logistics Intern to join our Global Logistics Procurement team.

This role offers a unique opportunity for a student currently pursuing studies in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Procurement to gain hands-on experience within a fast-paced, global corporate environment. You will support our category management team in data-driven decision-making, vendor lifecycle management, and procurement strategy execution.

As our Logistics & Procurement Intern, you’ll be at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll help ensure that the right products get to the right place at the right time—while learning how to negotiate with suppliers, optimize shipping routes, and manage costs. Your work will directly support our ability to deliver exceptional service to our customers and partners.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Logistics Analytics: Assist in gathering, cleaning, and interpreting supply chain data to generate performance reports and operational insights.
• Bid Management: Support the procurement team in the preparation, documentation, and organization of Requests for Quotes (RFQs) and Requests for Information (RFIs).
• Vendor Lifecycle: Manage the vendor creation process, including setup and maintenance of profiles within our ERP and procurement systems, ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
• Quoting & Rate Desk: Assist in the logistics transport quoting process by liaising between internal stakeholders and carriers to secure timely and competitive rate options.
• Process Support: Contribute to continuous improvement efforts by maintaining documentation and identifying efficiencies in day-to-day procurement tasks.

Qualifications

Requirements

• Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or a closely related field.
• Google Workspace: Strong capabilities in Google Workspace applications (Sheets, Docs, Slides, and Drive).
• Data Proficiency: Demonstrated experience or strong working knowledge of Tableau for data visualization,
• dashboarding, and analysis.
• Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills with a keen eye for accuracy in data entry, reporting, and documentation.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate concepts clearly to  team members.
• Soft Skills: Proactive, adaptable to changing priorities, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently in a collaborative team environment.
• Full-time availability for Summer 2027.

Compensation:

• The compensation range is tied to the market for similarly bench-marked roles. The range is not an absolute, but a guide, and offers will be based on the individual candidate’s knowledge, skills, experience and market conditions, as well as internal peer equity. Depending upon all the preceding considerations for the final selected individual candidate, the offer may be lower or higher than the stated range: $18.80-$20.91 USD
