ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

Prepares and processes customer parcel shipment in NetSuite and UPS/Fed Ex systems
Manages in-bound/out-bound shipping documents, bills of lading, etc
Assists in the resolution of problems or disputes between carriers and customers
Provides tracking or shipping information to customers on request
Leads communication and corrective action to resolve shipping/receiving issues
Minimizes extra expenses
Maintains good relationships with internal and external customers
Coordinates with operations team to ensure customer satisfaction
Provide exceptional customer service
Assist with the overall organization and cleanliness of the office area
Assist with order picking and loading/unloading as needed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS:

High school diploma / G.E.D. or equivalent experience
2+ years’ experience in office setting
Advanced computer, Excel and data analysis skills
Knowledge of Fed Ex Ship Manager and UPS Worldship
Forklift knowledge
