About the Role

We are seeking a Shipping & Receiving / Logistics team member to support daily logistics operations, including receiving shipments, coordinating outgoing shipments, managing inventory, communicating with vendors and carriers, and maintaining accurate documentation.

The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple logistics activities while ensuring shipments are processed accurately, safely, and efficiently.

Work Schedule

Part-time hours (20–30 hours per week) to start, with the potential to move to full-time based on the company’s needs and your performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy in quantity and condition of items

• Coordinate packaging, labeling, and shipping of outgoing goods to ensure timely and accurate delivery

• Track inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and update inventory records in the system

• Communicate with vendors and shipping carriers to confirm shipments, schedule pickups, and resolve discrepancies

• Maintain accurate records of shipments, receipts, and inventory transactions

• Quickly address shipment issues, delays, or damaged goods to minimize supply chain disruptions

• Ensure shipping and receiving processes follow applicable safety and compliance guidelines

Qualifications

• Previous experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, or warehouse management highly preferred

• Previous experience with NetSuite is a plus

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

• Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.

• Proficiency with shipping software and Microsoft Office

• Excellent communication skills when working with vendors, suppliers, and team members

• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot logistical issues

Hourly Wage: $25

Location: Hayward, CA (On-site)
