Locum - Physician - Wound Care

**SCHEDULE:** -

 The position operates Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM on a weekly basis.

**LICENSING REQUIREMENT:** Candidates must possess a current Illinois medical license along with an active DEA and CSR.

**TRAVEL POLICY:** For candidates located within a drivable distance, reimbursement for round-trip mileage and lodging will be provided, regardless of the preferred mode of transportation.

**QUALIFICATIONS:** Candidates must be Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Surgery and hold either an MD or DO degree.

**Certification Requirements:** - Board Certified or Board Eligible

- Illinois State Licensure

- Essential certification in Wound and Hyperbaric Medicine, including relevant training and experience

- Active Illinois License and DEA/CSR

- Availability upon request

- Provision of two professional references - Preference will be given to candidates who present a clean and streamlined credentialing process

**Additional Certification Requirements:**

- ACLS (American Heart Association)

- BLS (American Heart Association)

- PALS (American Heart Association)

**License Requirements:** - Active medical license in Illinois is mandatory.
