Locum Physician Anesthesiology

**Schedule Overview:** - **Dates:**  - December 14 – 18  

- December 21 – 28 (weekend on-call until 07:00 on December 28)  

- December 28 – 31 (Note: No assignments on New Year's Day)  -

**Shift Details:** - **Hours:** 07:00 to 15:00 - **Duration:** 8-hour shift (no option for 10-hour shifts)

**Candidate Requirements:** - Must be board certified

- Hold valid IN License/IMLC, CSR, and DEA registration

- Must be a drive-in candidate - Commitment to all specified dates is essential

- Required to sign Anesthesia Attestation for all procedures

- Fully credentialed with their locum agency

- Must commit to orientation on Friday, December 11, 2026 - Case logs will be necessary

**Mandatory Skills:** - General Anesthesia (Adult) - General Anesthesia (Pediatrics)

- Cardiac Anesthesia - Epidural Anesthesia

- Spinal Anesthesia - Invasive Ventilation Management (Endotracheal Tube/Tracheostomy/Nasotracheal)

- Non-invasive Ventilation Management (BiPAP/CPAP)

- Central Line Placement - Arterial Line Placement

- PA Catheter Placement -

 Dialysis Catheter Placement

- Chest Tube Insertion

 Bronchoscopy - Temporary Transvenous Pacemaker Placement

- Transforaminal Procedures (Lumbar or Cervical)

- Fluoroscopically Guided Nerve Blocks

- Epidural Steroid Injections (Lumbar or Cervical) - Post-operative Epidural Management

- Post-operative Extremity Blocks

- CRNA Supervision -

 Orthopedic Cases

- Vascular Cases

- Spine Cases

- Obstetric Cases -

 Thoracic Cases

**Note:** Neurosurgery cases are not mandatory but should be addressed if applicable.
