Locum PAs & AP Nursing, CRNA

### Coverage Details:

- **Coverage Duration**: Immediate start for 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

 A 3-month initial term could also be considered, with extension options.

- **Practice Setting**: Operating Room (no clinic facilities available).
- **Work Schedule**: 

Primarily focused on outpatient ambulatory procedures across multiple specialties, including General Surgery, Orthopedics (excluding spinal surgeries), Gynecology, Podiatry, Urology, ENT, and Cardiac procedures that involve new device placements

. Note that GI and Neuro cases are out of scope. PACU responsibilities will involve minor sedation procedures.

- **Call Schedule**: No on-call responsibilities required.

- **Patient Volume/Census**

: Variable, dependent on scheduled procedures for each specialty.

- **Staffing Structure**: Each shift will include 2 physicians and appropriate support staff.

### Credentialing and Qualifications:

- **Credentialing Timeline**: Expected to take approximately 60 days from the submission of the application.

- **Required Certifications**: Candidates must be Board Certified and possess current certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS from the American Heart Association.

- **Licensure Requirement**: Only candidates with an active Washington State license will be considered; no licensing candidates will be accepted.
