As a Locum Urologist, you will contribute to providing quality Urological care, diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions affecting the urinary tract and male reproductive organs. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the well-being of our patients and maintaining the high standards of our practice within the medical community in Salem.

Responsibilities

• Conduct patient evaluations and manage treatment plans for urological conditions
• Perform urological surgeries as necessary
• Collaborate with medical staff to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Educate patients about their conditions and treatment options
• Participate in case discussions and medical rounds
• Stay updated with recent advancements in urology
• Adhere to established medical protocols and ethics

Requirements

• MD or DO degree with a valid medical license
• Relevant experience in Urology, preferably as a locum
• Strong clinical skills and patient management abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Flexibility to adapt to different clinical settings
• Commitment to continuing education and professional development
• Knowledge of electronic medical record systems is a plus

Schedule: 8-hour day shifts

Setting: Outpatient

Must be board-certified
