Locum MD (Medical Doctor), DO (Osteopathic Doctor) Dermatology

 This contract position requires an on-site presence, offering a unique opportunity to contribute to patient care in a dynamic medical practice environment.

As a Locum Dermatologist, you will play a pivotal role in diagnosing and treating a variety of skin conditions while delivering compassionate care to our patients. Collaborating with a skilled team, you will ensure high-quality treatment and support within the community. Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations and evaluations of patients
• Diagnose and treat skin diseases and conditions
• Perform dermatological procedures as necessary
• Maintain clear and accurate patient records
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive care
• Educate patients on skincare and treatment options
• Stay updated on the latest advancements and techniques in dermatology
• Ensure compliance with medical protocols and regulations

Requirements

• Medical degree (MD or DO) from an accredited institution
• Active medical licensure in the state of practice
• Experience in Dermatology, preferably in a clinical setting
• Strong diagnostic and clinical skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and service excellence
• Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8-hour shifts

Outpatient only with 5% telehealth

Daily Census: 32-39 patients

Patient Ages: 17+

Skills: Skin surgery procedures

EMR: Epic

Must be board-certified

ACLS, BLS, and DEA required

Paid travel & expenses
