Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments of patients with cardiovascular conditions
• Diagnose and create treatment plans for patients
• Perform and interpret diagnostic tests, such as echocardiograms or stress tests
• Collaborate with other medical professionals to provide integrated patient care
• Educate patients and families on cardiovascular health and treatment options
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records
• Stay updated on advancements in cardiology and medical practices
• Participate in case discussions and ongoing training sessions

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited institution
• Valid medical license to practice in the state
• Board certification in Cardiology or eligibility for board certification
• Strong clinical skills and experience in patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to continuous professional development and learning
• Experience in a similar role is preferred

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8a-5p

25 beds

Daily Volume: 10-12 patients

Support Staff: Medical assistant

EMR: Cerner

Must be board-certified

Paid travel & expenses
