As a Locum Anesthesiologist, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality anesthesia services to patients undergoing various surgical procedures. Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia to patients undergoing surgical and medical procedures
• Monitor patients' vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels as needed
• Collaborate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care
• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and consultations
• Manage anesthesia-related complications and emergencies
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation
• Participate in continuing education and professional development
• Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff and trainees

Requirements

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board certification in Anesthesiology preferred
• Valid medical license to practice in the state of Nebraska
• Experience in a clinical setting with a focus on anesthesia
• Strong knowledge of anesthesia techniques and protocols
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Commitment to patient-centered care and safety

Schedule: Occasional OR call, 7a-3p or 7a-5p
